So I looked at the track to see about fixing it... not going to touch it.
The way it was made makes it impossible to fix. The chicanes step outside of the longitudinal track bounds (traces) that define elevations. That is causing the issues - from the wicked bump in one to the invisible wall in another.
In order to fix it, the layout needs to be redone with curves rather than sideways jumps.
its unconventional and a good effort, but also not repairable.
