If you have trouble making it turn in, lower the coast differential. If you need more scoot on power, increase the power differential. If you want to reduce rolling resistance, you can reduce the chamber (I'd leave the chamber as is) & toe values (these currently act to stabilize the car).

Despite it's reputation, I find the Cooper to have a lot more buttscoot. Might just be more power.

Edit: this is actually my "loose" setup, not "stiff". Guess I had a file save issue. Sorry for the confusion! Wasn't getting much love from the stiff setup today, though, so I'll probably go with that.
